Share your Gift!

Proverbs 18:16 KJV

A man’s gifts maketh room for him and bringeth him before great men.

I know you are probably wondering what that means? Well, here this is, King Solomon, speaking. He offered instruction, wisdom, and understanding. I believe he was saying; whatever gift God has given you, do not shy away from it. Use the gift God has given to you to help someone else. In turn, your gift can set you up for success while helping others at the same time! The bible speaks of prospering and being in health even as our soul prospers. This means God wants us to be successful, but we have to put all things in perspective, and we cannot allow our desire for success to overshadow the fact of what is most important. Our spiritual well-being and health should not be ignored while chasing the dream of success.

You see, there is a perfect and divine order for all things. God has to be our priority. We have to allow Him to navigate and lead us through this thing called Life. God told us that he knows the plans He has for us, plans to prosper us and not harm us, plans to give us hope and a future! He has an excellent plan for each one of our lives. We were all predestined before the beginning of time. This means our lives were designed before we were born! Now that is a miracle in and of itself.

Some years ago, I wrote a book entitled, The Fragile Heart. God had given me the gift of writing as a child. I loved to write stories, poems, and mostly in my journal daily. This is a gift that was enhanced through education. God blessed me to use my gift of writing to share my experiences to help others, and now I am not only an author but also a podcaster and inspirational speaker. That is right! God used the gifts that He gave me to open doors, and now I have several platforms to share the message of Hope & Healing with others.

God has given each one of us a special gift or a vision for something great! A vision to me is nothing more than an idea with promise! There is something special about your idea, so please do not sit on it! I sincerely do not think God intended for us to keep our gifts and visions to ourselves. We can share them with others! We are all unique in some way or another. I know each of you has a special gift that brings you joy or a vision that excites you! Well, why are you holding these gifts and visions to yourself? When something is that great, you have to share. IT IS A MUST!
